Audio / Video

Since 2010, I have worked on a wide variety of productions—political podcasts, video journalism, promotional travelogues, conflict analysis, and more.

  • Bad Faith Podcast

I produced the Bad Faith podcast - a progressive panel and interview show - from 2020-2022, creating twice-weekly audio and video episodes that featured some of the biggest names in media and politics. Click below for a video segment from our episode with Newsweek editor Batya Ungar-Sargon.

  • Oxus Society for Central Asian Affairs

I served as director of communications for the Oxus Society for Central Asian Affairs, a Central Asia-focused think tank, from 2020-2021. During that time, I created several videos showcasing the organization’s work—click below for a sample.

  • Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars

I produced short videos for the Wilson Center, one of DC’s largest, non-partisan, international think tanks, from 2019-2021. Watch a sample—a video for the Wilson Center’s Argentina program—below.

  • Bernie Sanders 2020 & Friends of Bernie Sanders PAC

I was a producer on the Bernie Sanders 2020 presidential campaign and, subsequently, Friends of Bernie Sanders PAC. I produced videos, live streams, and the campaign’s podcast, Hear the Bern, in both audio and video format.

  • BuzzFeed News

I produced the podcast What’s Left? hosted by journalist Sarah Leonard, with guests including Francis Fukuyama, Rashida Tlaib, and Barbara Smith.

  • PBS NewsHour

I worked as a producer and videographer on several videos that appeared on NewsHour, PBS’s signature newsmagazine show. Click below for a video on individuals deported to Cambodia after having spent nearly their entire lives in the United States.

  • New York Times

I worked on a small team that produced a 360 video of Cambodia’s genocide museum, housed inside a former prison.

  • World Learning

After serving as World Learning’s director of digital communications from 2014-2016, I produced videos on a contract basis for their sub-programs, in particular the high school study abroad program The Experiment in International Living. Watch a video showcasing the Experiment’s Thailand program below.

  • International Crisis Group

In 2014, I worked with filmmaker Dan Evans on a three-country video shoot promoting the work of the International Crisis Group, a conflict prevention non-profit organization. Dan shot and edited, while I served as a field producer, recorded audio, and took photos. The project took us to the Turkey-Syria border, Libya’s oilfields, and the Kenyan coast.
